500ml bottle into a UK pint sleeve at home on 1st Jan 2016. Deep ruby hue to the dark brown body, a full but thin head sat on top. Red berries and hedgerow fruits in the nose with a malt base. The taste follows along in the same way, malty, fruity and: a dry feel dominates the palate and a bitterness arrives mid-sip. Decent and flavoursome, enough going on to keep me interested for the whole bottle.
