Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small head. Has a fair malt-hop balance with a little activity in the palate. Low to medium bitterness.

April 2008. Standard English bitter. A little hop fruit - reasonably well balanced but unremarkable.

Cask at FFTMC, Oxford, 31-10-08 Pours light amber with a white head, looks good. Good, malty fruit bite, nice bitterness, tasty enough beer at 3.6% to have a session on.
