Cask at the Longboat Inn, Penzance on 26th December 2025. Clear russet brown with shallow, dull foam and scant lacing. Nutty maltiness in aroma. Further nutty malts in-mouth - hazelnut. Solid malty finish. Smooth texture and a medium body.

Cask: poured translucent brown with a beige head. Aroma was malty. Taste was bitter with a malt bready base. Bit bitter and tart, some butter in the finish.

7 3 7 3 14 Cask at the café in Southampton airport. Clear amber brown with an off white head. Aroma of malt, caramel and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
