The clean, crisp taste of our traditional European Pilsner is complimented by just the slightest taste of hops. Smooth and light to medium bodied this is an excellent beer for any occasion.

Ca. Golden pour. Some light grassy hop notes. Flavors are simple and upfront...caramel, grassy hops, and lemony twang in the finish.

Creamy white head that doesn’t disappear too fast, decent dark gold body with no carbonation visible. Slight aroma of grain, armpit, particle board, bread, some cashew nuts. Taste is peas and corn with an alcoholic finish. Something’s missing here.

Blond color; nice creamy head. Aroma of cereals, grainy, and hay, but behind there is a light hop note. Quite common flavor, light malt and hay, but again with a subdued pleasant hop. A little but pleasant Lager, underestimated.

Bottled in Kimberley, BC. Hazy golden, small head. Fruit ynose. Mid-dry and a bit salty with light-medium body. Quite hoppy with a bit of grass and resin. Late sweaty bitterness.

Can: Poured a bright yellow color pils with a medium size foamy head with some retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt notes with a dry finish. Taste is quite refreshing with nice notes of lightly sweet malt and dry finish with light crisp notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done though more Noble hops would have improve the recipee.

500mL can, pours a pale golden. Crisp aroma of hops and corn. Standard crisp flavour of corn and grain. Drinkable, but forgettable.

Dark straw colour. Aroma is largely grainy, with some slightly sweaty yeast notes. Bland palate - hints of grain and earthy hop. Low bitterness. Sweetish, bland finish. No honey. No pilsner. Just boring, boring beer.

Loose head, very thin in aroma and mouthfeel, with very little hops, this beer may still be too green.
