ChrisOs Easter Tasting. Clear amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Light palate - pretty dry. Nice malt underneath, trace of toffee. Fairly hoppy but astringent hops. Juicy marmalade. Dry finish. Alright!

Bottle at Chriso’s Easter tasting 2012. It pours amber, with a thick white head. The nose is floral, jasmine, honey suckle and spice. The taste is spice, hay, floral (in particular jasmine) and quite a bit of soap, with a bitter-dry finish. Light-medium body and lowish carbonation. Good, but a bit too much soap.
