Keg at the Pembury Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear red with a slight, creamy pink head. Has some creamy cherry character, decent juicy fruit, a little lactic tang, soft seedy bitterness, mellow acidity. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with lightly tart cherry character, modest sweetness, a little cherry yoghurt. Serviceable.

Keg at fierce Edinburgh. Pours ruby, nose is cherry pie, caramel, custard, taste is tart raspberry, a little thin. 8/4/7/3/15

Keg at fierce bar Edinburgh... Deep red.. Thin pink lacing... Soft sweet berries... Light dry cherries nose... Iittle fizz.. Very lagery.. Light metalic.. Lighest tart.. Metallic cherry

On keg at Fierce Bar, Edinburgh. Appearance - bright cherry Red to pink. Nose - sour cherry if a bit confected. Taste - more sour but confected cherry. Almost strawberry laces. Palate - light bodied and tangy. Dry bit still some sugar on the finish. Overall - ok but wanted more sour.

Keg at Fierce Aberdeen. Pours clear rich red with a thick pinkish - whjte head. The atoma is soft, sweetish, tangy cherry, cherryade, American soda and candy. The taste is soft, mellow, laid-back sourness, sweet - sour, cherryade, American soda and candy with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Looks the part, but taste is a bit weak. Fine anyhow.
