Des aromes maltés et épicés font foi d’un olfactif sans grande envergure et plutôt standard pour ce type de bière. Dorée, bien limpide et effervescente, elle développe une mousse abondante qui se maintient assez bien. En bouche, les notes maltées sont plutôt retenues. Céréalières et légèrement sucrées. Les houblons sont épicés et s’amenuisent au profit d’une finale légèrement sucrée. Céréalière, un peu sucrée et épicée, on déplore la complexité déficiente des malts. Clean, golden with nice tiny bubble carbonation, a white-warming frothy head, average retention and some decent foamy lacing. Cereal grain malt nose with some mild hops. The flavours are mild with a touch of the cereal malts and the hops being quite well-hidden. Wet mouthfeel and not much more going on here. A decent Helles with nothing offensive. No more.
