500mL bottle, pours a dirty dark brown, almost no head. Aroma has a lot of oxidation, bready malt, Belgian yeast, and a touch of candi sugar. Flavour is somewhat tart, with bready malt, Belgian yeast, oxidation, and bready malt. Very oxidized, not a great yeast expression. Okay.

Dark amber. Boozy, fruity, with a thin malt base, lots of alcohol, raisins and esters. Interesting fruit character that apparently is grape must. It's okay, interesting approach to the style.

Poured from 500mL bottle (brewed July 2021). Clear amber brown with small beige head. Fruity raisin notes, light Belgian esters, lighter-medium bodied, decent. ABV is hidden for 14%.

A winey and slightly caramelized olfactory, biscuity, notes of toast, floral hops and a fruitiness reminiscent of oranges, pineapple and banana. One of the most complex olfactory encountered to date. The liquid is golden orange and fuzzy. Medium-sized foam is moderately tenacious. For taste, we have notes of orange, marmalade, with a warmth of alcohol that is accompanied by a caramelized and biscuited malted base. Pinot noir is felt just barely and gives an impression of sweet white wine. The hops are once again floral and have a slight bitterness combined with subtle spices and light alcohol as a finish. The body is ample resulting from moderately low carbonation. This beer is remarkably gustatory and olfactory complex. Some criteria of the style are not met but, nevertheless, it remains absolutely delicious. Un olfactif vineux et légèrement caramélisé, biscuité, des notes de pain grillé, des houblons floraux et un fruité rappelant les oranges, l’ananas et la banane. Un des olfactifs des plus complexes rencontrés à date. Le liquide est doré orangé et flou. La mousse de taille moyenne est moyennement tenace. En bouche, des notes d’orange, de marmelade, avec une chaleur d’alcool qui s’accompagne d’une base maltée caramélisée et biscuitée. Le pinot noir est ressenti juste à peine et donne une impression de vin blanc liquoreux. Les houblons sont encore une fois floraux et présentent une toute légère amertume se combinant à de subtiles épices et à un alcool léger en guise de finale. Le corps est ample résultant d’une carbonatation moyennement faible. Cette bière est d’une complexité gustative et olfactive remarquable. Bottle from the brewery. Pours a deep, clear chestnut brown, tan head, to ring. Boozy bourbon nose, that hiding all the malt. Taste leans a similar way, lots of booze, bourbon right up front. Sweet roasted malts, a little esters. I'm missing the grapes entirely. Feels a little thinner than I would have expected.
