Tap at Bar do Urso Pinheiros, São Paulo, Brazil. Pours rather dark brown, with fine cream-colored foam, kind of unattractive. Aroma is delicate of coffee and chocolate. Body is average with good carbonation, maybe excessive. Taste is medium sweet and moderately bitter, from roastiness. Final is average.

Draft @ Delirium.

Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Dark red amber & off-white head. Nose is sweet cough syrup, burned sugar, light roast. Taste is some dull sugar, tabacco & roast, candy, cough syrup, basic herbal, licorice, candy. Roasted licorice body. Okay, bit dull, tad too burned & cough syrup etc. decent beer still, enjoyable enough.

Shared bottle at local tasting, thanks to our beerpal Olav. Black colour, moderate tan head. The aroma has dusty notes, nearly overshadowing the expected roasty notes. Moderate roasty notes in the flavour, also less pleasant dusty and grainy notes. Not the most successful porter in the world.
