Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol, September 2012. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Sweet, hedgerow fruit and caramel aroma. Flavour had some earthy malts, apricots and peaches, with a slightly bitter finish. Ok.

Gravity dispense at the Duchess of Cambridge, Stamford Brook - 12/07/12. Clear golden amber with a thin white head. Fruity nose with hops and a touch of earthiness. Citrus fruits in the taste, with the orange family at the fore, a little sweet sugar. Medium in body, bitter sweet finish. Drinkable but wouldn’t revisit.

Bottled@chriso pre-gbbf shindig 2012. Amber colour, small white head. ARoma is fruity, floral and some slight nectary and honeyish notes along with sweet maltyness. Flavour is being rather similar, but the maltyness is a bit stronger and crispier. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottle at Bruce’s Housewarming Party Tasting, London. Pours faintly hazy, bright gold with a foamy, white head. Big fruit nose with marmalade, orange, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor with some grassy bitterness, dry citrus and tangerine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Super dry finish with tangerine rind, dry citrus, some abrasive grass. Doesn’t fully come together. A bit overly dry and grassy. It’s still OK, but not great.

Bottle, thanks to Jack at Bruce’s Housewarming Tasting. It pours hazy light-medium orange, with a thin white head. The nose is orange, apricot, mango, sweaty sock and manure/farmyard. The nose is orange, citrus pith, spice, grapefruit, zest, dryness, green hop and syrup, with a dry, somewhat bitter finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. So-so.
