750ml bottle provided by Finn. Spotty lacing from firm white head. Near-clear amber body. Aroma of yeast, brett and earth. Malt-fruity tastness to the taste buds, brett, cheese, yeast and oak. Refreshing palate cleanser. (Shared at a session with Finn, TheCellarer, janeriks and Snegurochka, Tromsø 29.09.2017).

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy golden color, no head. Strong smell of baby poo, then piney hops, and stone fruits. High acidity, lemon zest character, lightly cheesy but without being disturbing, and astringent final.
Not clean, but very good.

Bottle at midsummer’s family party 2017, thanx to my mother in law who actually made an effort to provide a good beer especially for me. Hazy golden yellow body with a moderate sized white head. Aroma is acidic fruity, farmhouse, yeast, mild Brett and slightly woody. Flavor is light pale malt, smooth fruity, tart, slightly lemon, citric fruit, wood, farmhouse funky. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. A really fine, tasty and quite complex one from Brekeriet, definitively more than just another kettle sour blond.

Hazy, with a touch of tan. Thin head. A fair bit of acid, with a fruity brett note. Fruity, bretty, soft body. Nice candyish character from the brett, and good complexity. Overall, a pretty good. I’m digging this.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak barrels upfront, with various wild yeasts. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of prominent oak barrel character upfront, light-moderate tartness, wild funky yeast and a touch of vanilla. Oak barrel character is very nicely blended with the wild yeasts. Very good stuff.
