Cask, gravity at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, Hackney, London, 06.12.11 Pours amber with a bubbly rim. Very decent hoppiness, there is a tiny bit of sourness on the nose but this is not present in the mouth and to be fair does not seem to affect it in any way, fruity bitter, with hops showing again. I wonder if I am rating the correct beer, as my notes state that this is called Green Jack Two Rivers however all I can see on the Pigs Ear beer list is Green Jack Two Angels? A6 A4 A7 P3 Ov13 3.3
