Bottle shared at the November THT at deanso’s place. Dark brown pour with a tan head. Notes of cocoa, chocolate, passion fruit, mango, roasted malts and molasses. Full body, low carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish.

Huge thanks to the guy who shared this with the rest of us (I’m a retard for forgetting your name, sorry!). From Pivoteka Zagreb. Heh, a Piwoteka beer available at Pivoteka. Heheh. Ok. Anyway. Blaaaack body with a huge, lasting off white head, impressive really. Aroma... hm, expected a bit more. Light berries, soft maltiness, plum jam and light alcohol. The taste, however, is a very pleasant surprise. The remarkably strong berry presence builds on the full maltiness and caramel notes, actually mixing somewhat well. Light tartness from the berries helps the drinkability loads. Here and there the alcohol breaks through, offsetting it slightly, but at that level, that’s to be expected and not to be taken against this beer. I’m actually thinking of getting a bottle or two and aging this. An excellent collaboration, quite unique combo and very well pulled off. Great job!
