Cask @ Bank of Conwy, Conwy as Bragdy Nant 'Brenin'. Pours gold, white head. Aroma has light pale malt. Taste is similarly light, fluffy smooth with pleasant pale malt. Balanced, drinkable 3.7%-er.

Cask in The Red Lion, Llanrwst. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head, nice lacing. Aromas of light creamy lemon and malt. Taste is light sweet, lemon, tangy. Chalky note on the finish. Nice pre-lunch beer.

Amber, clear, dense white head
Aroma - Very little aroma
Taste of light sweet pale malt, very soft bitter hops, touch of fruit
Palate - Light body, quite thin, soft sweet. Finish is light sweet.
Overall - Simple low abv golden ale. Non-deScript.

Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, straw, toasted - caramel, sweet malt, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity, paper notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Cask at Pigs Ear. Hazy amber beer, residual white head. Light palate. Dry and low carbonation. Tangy orange hops, somewhat insipid. Trace of minerals. Dry finish.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Deep amber. Spicy hops and ripe fruit. Mid dry with light-medium body and soft mouthfeel. Some caramel and dusted fruits, giving it a sort of harvest ale character. Balanced and nicely drinkable.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, wooden and mildly vanillaish. Flavour is wood, fruits, some herbs and mild caramelly and crystal malty notes. Mild nuttyness show up in the finish as well.

Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks 16.04.11 Amber in colour, fruity with a bitter malty finish. Not sure that this was totally my thing found there to a be a littkle bit of washing up liquid taste in the backl of the mouth and the bitterness and fruitiness were lacking somewhat. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov11 2.9
