Bottle. Gold with a white head that fades. Aroma of mandarins, dough, lemon, grass, hay. Mainly citrus and dough though. Medium bodied.Fruity with apricots ans well as citrus and dough. Stronger bitterness than required for saison-like balance is also faintly metallic. Not bad, but there’s a better slightly weaker and less bitter beer in here somewhere.

Poured into a taster showing cloudy neon yellow with no head. The nose shows notes of clean sharp citric lemon with a slight grassiness on the edges. The palate is highly carbonated and light bodied. Clean flavors of saison yeast but a strong bitterness throughout.

Kind of partway between a saison and an IPA. A hint of citrus tang and lot of piney hops. Pours hazy orange. bitter finish with some tang. Tap at Churchkey.

Bottle, many thanks to KyotoLefty! Light hazy green-golden, fluffy white head. perfumed hoppy and spicy (corianderseed) aroma. Medium, light dry body. Light saison fruity notes clobbered by a massive hop profile - pine, perfume, citrus, grapes. Slightly lighter here would have been somewhat preferable I think. Nevertheless: Fullflavored and interesting.

Bottle from Deguchiya in Naka-Meguro, Tokyo. Poured into a snifter. Nice slightly cloudy golden orange color with a medium-sized head that dissipated fairly quickly. Fairly nice lacing the whole way down. Strong floral aromas with banana, mikan, and melon all noticeably present. Nice creamy mouthfeel with a smooth dry finish. Slight taste of wheat and melon with some corriander, lemon zest, and nutmeg present as well. 10 oz glass on draft at Bungalow in Kyoto. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral, citrus peel, herbal notes. Tastes of floral, light citrus fruit and peel, herbs and spices, nice hops. Medium body with a dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Flowery and barnyard aroma, signature saisony. Light lime. Clear golden colour. Taste showcasing the spicy barn yeast character. Also moderate bitterness and light resiny, citrusy flavour. Very good saison.

On tap at Tadg's last day open! A cloudy light straw gold pour. Big spicy funky mild barnyard aroma. Medium bodied, zesty carbonation sharp finish. Now this has TONS of saison notes, spicy estery qualities, lots of spritzy mouthfeel. Tasty with lots of palate cleansing qualities. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft - Lemon, grass, coriander and yeast. Clear cold with a rich white head. Tonys of lemon grass from what I assume is nelsen sauvign hops. On the sweet side with no bitterness and none of the barnyard funk. Very light an refreshing, a great light mild saison. Not that true to style, but really good nonetheless.
