Pours hazy dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, floral and grain. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are nuts, caramel, malt, fruits and hops. Nice.

Flaske fra polet: brunlig litt uklar og med tett, veloppdragent skum. En rund og tilfredsstillende smak av nøtter og mørke karameller. Tørr. Nivået i flasken synker og humøret stiger. Akkurat slik det skal være - et godt øl som fint kan nytes alene!

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tab head. Aroma is roasted caramelish, toffee and light breadish. Caramelish, toffee and rather bitter. Dark roasted towards breadish. Lingering toasted malty into the finish.

On tap at Nærbø Ølfestival 2013. A lightly unclear one, golden in color and with an off-white head leaving lacings. Cellar, some fruityness, maltyness, walnuts, some caramel and a hint of ground. The flavor has some chocolate and bitterness, as well as fruits, malts, caramel and a little cellar. Medium body, pleasant carbonation, quite dry. Bitter finish with ground, nuts and toffee hints. Sample at Nærbø Ølfestival 2013. Deep golden -orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, nuts, chocolate, cocoa. Flavour is smokes, roasted malt, yeast, nuts, cacao, chocolate. Nice beer.
