bottle, bought at Tucker’s Maltings in summer 2006. Golden yellow, slightly hazy, impressive head, which is very persistent. Fantastic aroma of citrus fruit. Full-bodied, full of flavours of grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime. Solid malty base with a rather dry and hoppy finish. Long-lasting aftertaste. Fantastic brew.

Bottle, picked up at Tuckers Maltings, Newton Abbott 14-11-06. This was super, Loz detected apricot on the aroma which had clearly passed me by, I noticed more citrusy notes in this light amber coloured beer, the hoppiness was a bit of a revalation for me as all too often I think we are a bit reserved in thie arena, wonderfully fresh juicy and flavoursome beer that really had a great kick to it, I really liked this and it was one of my best finds of the week.

Bottle at London Gathering Nov 2005. Copper coloour with thin beige head. Some sediment in suspension. IPA hop aroma (similar to US IPA) Quite good hops, then a bit of caramel. Extremely drinkable for me even given its strength

A hazy orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet and slightly hoppy. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter and yeast - quite weird.
