Bottle picked up at The Brewery. It pours clear golden with a tiny white head. The aroma is rich herbal character, hay, damp wood, bit of funk, must and wet leaves. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, bright sherbet, lemony citrus, white wine, gooseberry, tannin, wood, soft herbal vibes and a touch of acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather pleasant overall. Works well.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Nice aroma, lots of lemony character, some general citrus, soft herbal quality. Medium sweet flavour, fairly tart, with moderate acidity, juicy lemon, a little grass, oily citrus peel, some salt, melon, white grape. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with mellow acetic bite, a bit of salty sweat, more lemony acidity, understated herbal notes, a little grapefruit and pineapple. Great fun overall.

Keg at the brewery. A light golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is nice lemon citrus, herbal with hints of sage, white wine, yogurt funk and a little woody note. Flavour is composed of tart citrus, woody mouldy funk, nettle, nice approachable sour. Palate is light grainy and tart, mellow carbonation, little woody tannin. Very nice.
