Funky, tart, a little citric. Decent salinity. A little pale wood, grass. Sound.

On tap at Beer Shop Folkestone .hazy gold colour lasting white head. Aroma between a full blown funk farmhouse beer and a saison. SAISON lemon flavour. Lost somewhere between Folkestone and east Flanders. Sour but properly sour. From the natural yeasts. Some tart apple some lemon flavour. Warm wheat background. Awesome.

Can at home picked up from hotm. A clear golden straw coloured pour with a lively rocky white head. Aroma is lovely pithy citrus, bright bretty funk, lemon rind, straw, lemon verbena. Flavour is composed of super sharp lemon juice, lemon verbena, pithy citrus, crisp light grains, bright. Palate is super tangy and sharp, citric pinch, highish airy carbonation. Good. Like bretty character.

Can. Raynville. Slightly gloopy pour as is the way lately with BS. Sits hazed pale straw gold. Firm white head. Nose has pithy lemon. Orange rind. Whiff of brett. Light clean oak. Bit of sweet pear too. Taste has a little up front sweetness. Gets a tad tart and juicy. Some hop bitterness. Foamy and slick. Light bitter finish. Good gear. Bit gloopy though.
