Med-thin body, med-high carbo. High bitterness, med sweetness, light spicy. Lots of exotic, medium dank and citrusy hops character. Medium pepper, also fruity itself. A bit of wormwood even? Quite tasty.

50cl Blik van Etre Gourmet. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Oef, die peper is intens, niet zozeer pikant maar flink aanwezig qua smaak, lijkt op szechuanpeper, heeft iets citrus-achtigs maar ook harsig, zwarte peperkorrels, gebrande mout, grapefruit, hop, flink bitter, hint van pure chocolade. Lichte tot medium body. Absoluut anders, maar of ik het ook echt lekker vind...

Canned 500ml. -at Beerselection Budapest. Blackish coloured, medium sized airy tan head, roasty and light peppery nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, hops and light caramel with light peppery notes in the finish. Dry and slightly earthy finish.

500ml can. Almost opaque, darkest brown colour with huge, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, pale, ochre-ish head. Citrusy fruity hoppy and spicy aroma, roasty, minimally chocolately, dark malty background, notes of lemon, some menthol, green pepper, coffee. Taste is citrusy fruity and mildly spicy, slightly roasty, minimally chocolately, dark malty basis, notes of lemon, some menthol, a touch of lime, green pepper, black pepper.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Interesting spiciness, though not overly complex overall - very nice.

Almost completely black, it has a dark brown tint. Not too steady head.
Citruses in aroma right after opening, but it almost disappears quite quickly after pouring. Then comes the very prominent cardboard scent along with some nuts, coffee and smoke.
Quite sweet, with moderate bitterness. Tastes like dark chocolate with 90% of cocoa.
