Tap @ Både &, Kristiansand. Black body under a medium sized, dense, lacing beige head. Aroma is …..toast and maple actually. Flavor is sweet, sweet, very sweet dark malt, toast, caramel, dry fruit and slightly harsh maple. Full bodied and long lasting sticky sweet maple aftertaste With warming alcohol. Not bad the first sip, but end up way too sticky sweet for me. Probably best for “sample trays” tasting. I had a half glass and found it difficult to finish it up.

Can from De Bierverteller, Utrecht. Aroma is sweet maple with roasted malt, quite some milk- and dark chocolate, notes of vanilla, burnt caramel, some creamy lactose, and more maple syrup throughout. Flavour is rather sweet with a very decent roasty bitterness. Body is full. Quite rich, delivers as promised.

Аромат крутой, сладкий но в меру, прежде всего карамель и сладкий сироп, совсем немного ванили и ноток шоколада. Цвет темный, пенка кофейная, но не совсем стойкая. Вкус тоже очень сбалансирован и хорош. Сразу сладкие нотки от сиропа и они не умолкают до конца. Также есть ванилька, но ее снова не много, ощущается сливочность и сильная маслянистость, что неожиданно. Послевкусие с крепким характером, но все же сладость от сиропа не утихает а дополняет ее своими нотками от кофе и шоколада с намеками на карамель. В целом отличный стаут.

Appearance is oily pitch black, with a fizzy brown head which quickly fades. Aroma is big maple, honey, dark chocolate, fudgy dark malt, coffee, sweet chocolatey malt, caramel, whiskey fudge, vanilla, coconut hints. Taste is maple, caramel sweetness, chocolate malt, caramel, treacle, bourbon, vanilla, honey, sweet chocolate fudge, coconut, coffee, treacly dark fruits. Very tasty and sweet, maply finish.

Black with a shirt lived medium light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, syrup, and honey sense. Sweet with a warm syrup and caramel end.

Can on 712 heading South, from Beermerchants online, 26/02/23. Black with a tan cap that veers edgewards. Nose is big on maple syrup, toffee, coffee, molasses, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises maple syrup, molasses, vanilla kiss, coffee, sweet malts. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Good kit, balances fairly well and not run away sweet.

Dark brown, oily, small tan head. Aroma of maple/walnut, coffee and port. Taste of caramel, maple syryp, chocolate.
