Backlog November 2012. Unclear brown/amber body under a moderate sized tan head. Aroma of caramel malt and light fruity. Taste is malty with generic fruit and berries, some nuts and a slightly harsh bitterness. The fruity part make this brown ale a bit extraordinary, otherwise is mostly straight forward.

Bottled. Deep amber colour with a small beige creamy longlasting head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is rasins, berries, some honey, sweet malts and mild nutty tones. Flavour is zesty, some fruity, mild berries, some sweetness with mild yeasty spiciness to it as well.

Bottle shared at the chriso pre-Christmas tasting 2014 - London. Pours clear amber with a foamy off-white head. The aroma has some dry bready malts, ripe fuits, berries. Light-medium sweet flavor with some alcohol-soaked fruits, strawberry, bread, leaves, toasted sugars. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with more ripe berries, bread, some tangy cherry, orange zest, earth. Not bad.

Bottled 650ml (Bierkompass)
Deep amber-copper color, small beige head. Sweet caramel-fruity aroma with malts and raisins. Medium-bodied. Raisins, berries, apple, notes of honey. Touch of alcohol in the finish. Leaving short fruity aftertaste. Simple Belgian yeasty brew. Named as brown ale, but could be dubbel too.

650ml bottle. Clear, dark copper colour with average, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, unspecific fruity aroma, some orange, a touch of artificial straw- and raspberry, dry hoppy and zesty overtones. Taste is dry to bitter fruity, zesty, hints of fruit parings, moderately sweet, fruity, malty undertones, an artificial fruity touch; slightly sticky palate. Too sweet. An auspicious idea not yet perfected.
