Lightly hazy gold beer with a good white head. Palate is light with mild carbonation. Minerals. Thin creamy malt. Mild tangerine leads orange and a little grapefruit. Mellow hop skunk. Finishes semi dry with a mild bitter linger. A bit thin but pretty drinkable.

Aroma: Light grapefruit and mango aroma. Very subtle soapy notes.
Appearance: Hazy, pale golden body with light yeast flecks floating around. Thin white head that slowly fades. Lively carbonation. Good lacing.
Taste: Big grapefruit and lemon flavours - this is really juicy and refreshing. Biscuity malt in the background. Lingering bitter finish.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Average carbonation.
Overall: A fruity, delicious beer - I could happily drink several of these. For me, Citra is the best hop to use for single-hop beers.

Cask, handpump at The Star, Huddersfield 17.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Gold in colour with a white head, very clear. Nose is fresh and zingy but with a touch of cats piss coming from somewhere. Fruity & tasty with plenty of citrus zipping through, drying at end, lovely beer, in fact a really lovely beer. If I had a criticism it would be that this is just the tiniest bit thin which may be a bit harsh otherwise excellent stuff. A7 A5 T7 P4 Ov14 3.7

Bottle from Jacks, Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon Dec 2011 & shared with my dad. Consumed 30.12.11 Hazy light lemony colour with a slim white head. Wonderful aroma, really sumptious soft cooking lemons. Soft in the mouth, with a rub of lemon across the roof of the mouth and around the gums, touch soapy, this is wonderful. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0
