Miracle Mike and his galactic canine Bionic have been through far worse, and they always seem to find a way past the relentless pursuit of the Space Cake fleet. This Double IPA features robust hop aromas that carry through to the strong juicy flavors of tropical citrus. Bottle shared. Heavy amber with a medium off white head. Aroma of resinous hops, orange peel, light grapefruit, pine and caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a light juicy hop palate and soft carbonation.

Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy rich orange with smallish foamy off-white head, orange peel aroma, low carbonation, sweetish orange peel taste with medium hoppy bitterness, thin body, long bitter finish. Smooth DIPA.

Keg at Yard House. It pours clear amber with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, pink grapefruit, marmalade, watermelon, pine and grass. The taste is crisp, bitter, piney, grapefruit, pithy citrus, peppery spice, green grassy vibe, varnish, mild astringency and a touch of alcohol with a dry, grapefruit finish. Medium + body and moderate, prickly carbonation. A pretty decent Dipa all in all.

Bottle into a shaker showing moderately filtered amber honey with a head of clean and fluffy white foam. The nose shows a lot of intense pineapple and guava notes. The palate is light bodied with an impossibly creamy and smooth carbonation (practically mousse or nitrogenated). Moderately intense flavors of tropical fruit with a light bready malt in the background. Finish has an orange zest bitterness that fits in perfectly.
