750 ml corked & caged bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 7.8%. Slightly hazy deep golden to amber colour, large and lasting white head. Distinct aroma of farmhouse / farmhouse kitchen / brettanomyces and oak, a hint of ripe pears / perry. Medium dry and sour flavour of brettanomyces and oak, hints of perry.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours clear light amber with little off-white head. Aroma of stable, hay, notes of oak. Tastes very sour. Thin bodied.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white bead. Aroma has plenty of oak barrel presence, gentle pear skins, and a touch of tartness. Flavour is gently tart, with oak barrels, some wild yeast, and gently tart pear skins. Nice use of the oak, with restrained tartness and minimal acidity. Very good.

From bottle at Vaaland bryghuus with Bernt, JFE, Holmen2 and Camilla 26.01.25. Excellent aroma and taste of pure brett, pears and some pale malt. Dry!

0,75 flaske fra Kvaddå, delt med Bernt, Johan og Egil en meget hyggelig ettermiddag på Våland Brygghus: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Herlig sursyrlig med saftige undertoner av pærer, grønne druer og citrus. Snerpende, halvtørr avslutning med overbevisende mersmak. De fire musketerer var alle sprudlende fornøyde.
