Blackcurrant red with a thin white cap formed of bubbles.
Nose is blackcurrant lozenge, honeysuckle, sugars, mixed berry compote.
Taste comprises blackcurrant, sugars, booze, honey, mixed red berries.
Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a warming buzz of booze.
Solid.

375ml tall bottle from HOTM. Deep dark red colour, no head and aroma of berry, honey, spice. Taste is sweet, honey, berries, vanilla, with some floral notes, alittle tartness, spices, earthy, and booze. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet boozy berry finish. Very sippable.

Bottle at The Scrapyard. Big berry hits on opening, jammy and tart as you like it, the vanilla rounds it off giving light dessert vibes to it, but my favourite twist in this is surely the elderflower, contributring a vibrant, floral, almost savoury character, elevating the already lovely mix to a whole new level. Great stuff.
