0.33 l bottle from 'Bierhuys', best before April 2018. Slow gusher! Hazy, orangeish amber with a massive, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish-funky, moderately fruity aroma of lemon juice, apples, some pear and a touch of caramel. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish-funky, moderately fruity taste of apples, pear, lemon juice, wood and some caramel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Clearly infected, quite drinkable though.

Bottle. Color: Amber, small off white head. Taste: Medium sweet, notes of (over)ripe apples, toast, lightly hints of caramel, yeast and honey. Bitter sweet finish. Pretty much carbonation. Medium to full body. Unusual flavor, mainly because of the added apples.
