Novel stuff, dry peel, mellow tang, a little smoke. Some ripening apples, too. Dry finish, musty but clean.

Can shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to me. A light hazed onion coloured pour with a lasting a loose off white head. Aroma is drying earthy apple, salty. Dungy, horse y farmyard. Dungy. Palate is spicy, tangy, dungy, horsey funky

Bottle via the online shop. Misted gingery copper. Thick loose lasting just off white foam. Nose has smelly Dabinett, although it’s a restrained smelliness. Pine cone and resin. Sweaty brett. Sawn oak. I mean if you saw oak, that’s this. Taste is pretty dry with a slick chewy bitterness. Loads of body with that easy drinking Mills complexity they wring out. Awesome gear. Obviously.
