Brewed for Harrogate beer week in collaboration with our local brewing friends, Roosters, Harrogate, Cold Bath, and Daleside. A West Coast classic hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial. Properly bitter just like in the olden days.

Cask @ House Of Trembling Madness, York. Very mildly hazy gold with a head. Hoppy with a strength about it and feels quite nice in the palate for a plus 6% beer. Served in the heaviest half pint glass I've ever come across.

Can. Bier Huis, Ossett. Soft haze on a deep gold. Thin white head is super sticky and lasting. Nose has spicy rye. Caramel. Sticky marmalade hops. Squeezed ripe citrus. Taste is sweet and malty with a big hit of piny, pithy bitterness. Smooth and easy drinking with fine carbonation. Lingering piny, pithy bitterness to finish. Nice one.
