Bottle, by way of an extra in a trade. Cheers Craig. Glowing gold. Opaque. Fine white head. Looks well. Nose has oaky wine, presumably from the sherry barrel. Tart berry fruit. Zested lemon. Touch of vanilla. Taste is dry and tart, with a soft, sherry like sweetness. Clean and bright mouthfeel. Foamy carbonation. Tart and lightly dry on the finish. Very nice.

Bottle shared with my bro. It pours clear golden with a foamy white head. The aroma is fragrant, perfumed, gooseberry, seabuckthorn, physalis, peach, sour yoghurt, sherry and custard tarts. The taste is crisp, dry, slightly puckering, light acidity, earthy, musty, funky, crackery, apple skin, minerality, flinty, gooseberry, seabuckthorn, physalis, berry and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice nuances to it. Fun stuff.
