Geruch frisch / fruchtig.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty, slightly chalky wheaty aroma with hints of banana and clovy spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied, rather tame carbonation for the style. Slim wheaty malty start with a cautious banana-fruitiness, chalky notes and cloves in the background; slim, almost watery and sweet finish. 27.VI.17

Nice cloudy and orange in the glass, white fluffy head. The beer starts mild, slightly sour and a bit watery. The mainpart is also slightly watery, a bit of Weizen-typical yeast is there, but not much. The aftertaste is a bit bitter, lots of water and slightly weizen-smooth. Not much flavour in total.
--> I miss the typical snd smooth banan-flavour from the other Aldersbacher beers. And for 3.1%, this is way too watery! --> 7/12/7/7

Bottle, 3.1%. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy dark yellow colour. White head. The flavour has banana, is slightly watery, but less than many other Leichte Weissen. Lemony aftertaste.
