Keg. Leeds IBF. Cloudy, pale gold. Big, bubbly, white head. Very fresh, lemon and lime zest. Lemon ice cream. Taste is light, spicy dry. Light bitter. Fresh, airy palate. Finishes light dry, with a little residual sweetness.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. Moderately sweet with some cleansing minerals, light grass, hay, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. More clean minerality to finish with notes of lemon rind and bitter grass as well. Good one.

pale cloudy good head citrus light spicy note herbal good bitterness chiara leggermente velata buona schiuma leggera speziatura pepata amaro medio
