Süffiger, säuerlich fruchtiger Beginn, Eiscreme, Laktose. Beerig, deutlich nach Kirschen, etwas Vanille, milde Süße. Spritzig, mittellanger, eher trockener Abgang. Gelungen. 9/9/10/10/12/9

A hazy pinkish red beer with a white head. Aroma of tart cherries, plums, some spices. Taste of sour plums, red berries, cherries, lacto, tart and spicy finish.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29B: plums, cherries, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger / 31B: lactose / 28D). Can 50 cl - Batch 20.11.2025 06336 (BB: 20.11.2025) AROMA: medium-high cinnamon, slight cardamom. medium sweet background with slight hints of cherries. APPEARANCE: redish amber color and hazy. medium-low light pink head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-high cinammon, low cardamom. background hints of plums and sweetness. medium-low bitterness and clean sourness in balance with sweetness. finishes medium-dry with slight notes of tart cherries. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting combination of spices and fruit although cinnamon is a bit above all the other components. ginger undetected.
