Dark mahogany pour, small beige head. Sweet malty nose, bread, and caramel malts, with subtle cherry notes. Body is good, carb is solid. Finish is quite bitter, and smooth. Good dose of UK hops, and nutty malts.

500ml bottle. Poured a dark copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is caramel toffee malt light red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a crisp malt, woody metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle, 10C. Copper with a bit of a pink tinge, light beige head. Aroma of redcurrants, plums, biscuity malt. Fair bit of body, lowish carbonation. An intriguing array of fruit and biscuity flavours - redcurrants, cranberries, plums, blood oranges. Moderately bitter and somewhat astringent finish. Pretty engaging drop.

Bottle from Morrisons and drunk at home; Chestnut colour, lasting beige head. Light Sheps house yeast aroma, with some sweet fruity malts. In the mouth, there is some malt. A little light cocoa. Bit thin on the swallow. Some hops, but mostly bitterness rather than flavour. Some almost burnt malt. Toffee. Dryness. Ok. A little thin on the back end.

Morena rubi. Espuma normal, dos dedos poco duradera. Aroma malteado. Sabor continúa el aroma, algo mas frutal pero sin acabar de hacerse, con un regusto al fondo del paladar poco agradable.

Pours a deep rich amber colour with a frothy warm cap, good retention and creamy lacing. Lots of fruits starting with red apples, then going into some darker ones like prunes, dates to show the caramel base. Fruity malt flavours found in a red ale with some decent hops in the finish. Lightly dry. Not sure about the Ghost Brew thing, as I would prefer a pumpkin beer for this, but overall a very nice ESB with nice grassy notes.

Bottle at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, Gustav Adolf Torg
Beautiful color, dark amber with red reflex, but small head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, light feet. Lean mouthfeel, roasted malt flavor, too dry and too ashy for me. Correct bitterness. Disturbing character of burnt malts in the end.
As said, too ashy.
