This is an unpasteurised, unfiltered classic Bohemian Style Lager. It is gold in colour and has a floral aroma from the use of Czech Saaz hops. The taste is a balance between rich malt and hop bitterness which is characteristic of the style.

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, bready malts, some wood and mild toasted notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, bready malts, some slight earthy and herbal notes as well. Also mild nectary sweetness. Good beer, but not sure what it’s got in common with bohemian lagers.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Cloudy deep golden, faint head. Fruit ysoapy nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Soapy and minerally with honey and vegetables. Low bitterness. Fairly dull, and not all reminiscent of a Czech pilsener.
