750ml bottle, present from Margaret. 2023 Vintage 4.6%. Clear golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, fruit, slight funk. Taste is sweetish, fruity, appley, ripe, tart fleshy, red apple, some skin & citric notes, with mellow acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Taste of Grampian. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, bitter - sweet, crunchy apple, apple skin, custard apple, apple crumble, fresh and leafy. The taste is firm, dry, lightly tart, puckering, vinous, apple skin, lemony zing, crunchy apple, gooseberry, juicy, hay, spritzy and hint of tannin with a dry, mellow finish. Medium body and fine prickly carbonation. Very Moreish.
