Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, lemon parfait, grapefruit, toffee and biscuit. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, lemonade, piney, resin, toffee, touch of spice and biscuit with a woody finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. More malty than it needs to be to let the mosaic shine through. Fairly so-so, but drinkable enough anyhow.

500 ml botlle, from Coop Mega Kleppe. ABV is 4.3%. Golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of malts, grain, dust, toffee and over-ripe yellow fruits. Light bodied. The flavour is slightly dry with some fruit, and an unexpectedly sharp hop bitterness from start to finish, metallic in the aftertaste. Won’t buy again.
