Bottle from Alesela
Light yellow amber..clear...thin white head...tan yeast in the bottle
Aroma of light pale malts..some sweetness...slight spiciness...not much aroma
Taste - Pale malts...light citrus...some bitter hops...bit of yeast...fresh quite refreshing
Palate - soft carb...soft mouthfeel...thin body....bit oily texture...finish of light sweet palr malts...light bitter bit spicy citrus hops...clean finish
Overall - Quite a good golden ale rather than a lager - obviously made as a conversion beer for lager drinker hence the flavour and aroma are rather light. It’s better than average.

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some bready and sweetish maltyness as well. Flavour is herbal, fruity, toffeeish and caramelly. Smooth and quite pleasant.

Bottle at Pat’s chriso birthday tasting. Pours clear, rich yellow with a fine, white head. Some biscuits and dry leaves in the aroma. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, some dry hay, biscuits. Uninspiring but OK.

50cl bottle from Moor & More Beer, Plymouth. Straw coloured, almost flat looking with a ring of white head; aroma of hay and cereal; clean grainy taste with a touch of lemon and honey; then a well-rounded, grassy bitterness to finish. Excellent.

BCA picked up from the brewery 30-12-06 in a mixed case, and drunk that evening. Golden in colour, great zesty fruity lager style beer that finishes with a hoppy flourish, really nice.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Gold/copper with thin off white head. Not a huge aroma, some citrus, bit of malt, some lager malt in mouth. Actually it’s pretty good blonde beer.

An unclear orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet spicy, but also with sour notes of carpet. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and hints of sourness. The body is thin.

Sampled cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden.
Clear golden. Sweet and light bodied. Clean, fruity and very salty with sharp bitter finish.
