Cask at Darlington Snooker Club. Gluten Free. Amber brown colour, off-white foam head and aroma of malt, fruit, caramel. Taste is malty, fruity, alitte caramel and roasty hint, tangy, with nutty bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel,medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Proper old school bitter! Chestnut brown with a creamy tan head and a floral, earthy malt aroma. Smooth and light, some floral bitterness up front with a nutty malt flavour and a dry finish

Cask at the Waiting Room, Whitby. Pours light hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light lemon and biscuit. Taste is light bitter lemon. Thin finish.

Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium to dark orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110429]
