Bottle at home in London with Lyoli - picked this one up off the discount shelf at Tesco; it set me back a cool £0.79. But on the plus side I only had to buy one, rather than the four-pack. Pours perfectly clear, matte gold, lightly effervescent with a slight, white foam head. Great pale lager nose, simple cereal, dough pale malts. Light sweet flavor, sugary dough, faint cereal grains, hay, very mild bitterness. Ligh bodied with average carbonation. Crisp and clean to finish, plenty of sweet white bread, dough biscuits, straw, cereal. First rate pale lager.

330ml bottle. Another example of style over substance, designed to be drunk from the bottle by people with no interest what ti actually tastes like. it’s straw coloured with a billowing white head; the aroma is grainy and sweet; the taste is watery and grainy; and the finish is unpleasant. Best avoided.

Bottled at chriso’s. Clear pale yellow, small head. Fruity nose. Sweet and corny with light body and boiled vegetables. No bitterness. An unclean, foul tasting ghetto lager.
