Stout Irish type, with a strong touch of roasted malts. Astringent and heavily hopped. Very good creamy foam. With fruity notes and an end to coffee and chocolate. With its 6.5 ° alc is ideal for cold winter evenings, along with nuts, chocolate and a good story.

Bottle at the July 2023 DC RB Tasting. Wife's cousin got this to me. Poured a dark brown, cola color with a small gray head. Aroma was nutty, roasted malts. Light toast. Lots of bakers chocolate on this one. Light and a touch bitter. Nothing out of this world, but I'd drink this again if given the chance.

25cl bottle pours a murky brown with some grey head. Nose has malt, toast, light oxidation. Some cocoa. Flavor has cocoa, malt, toast. A little paper happening. Medium bodied.
