750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2020 Vintage, 7%. Hazy yellow gold colour, big bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of apple, pear, fleshy. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity floral, along with some pear, fleshy, woody, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Tap @Erlings. Cloudy golden, no head. Funky apple and light pear aroma. Funky, sourish flavour, apples, pears, light pear sweetness. Tart and dry. Nice.

Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear - apple, tart, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple - pear, tart, farmyard, sweet apple - sweet pear, medium dry.
