Spotty beige head on an amber coloured body.
Sweet, sweaty malt aroma.
Medium to full bodied, sticky & oily with a cloying back.
Sweet, toffee, syrup, spiced & berry tastes with a tangy finish.
Hard going.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, fieno bagnato, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo, agrumi e alcol presente.

330ml bottle. Pours amber with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of apricot, peach, bread, spices & malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish. Enjoyable

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Malt and light spice aroma. Light caramel and sweet malt flavor with light fruitiness. Medium bodied. Light caramel and sweet malt linger with light fruitiness.

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Sweet, notes of citrus, malts, some alcohol. A bit too sweet but not too bad.

On tap at Chez Le Gros. Pours a clear gold with an amber hue and a whit head that lasts through out the beer and laces. Aroma has light sweet grains and some raisin with a bit of clove and light earthy grass underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and bread with a touch of raisin and Belgian yeast supporting.

Bottled (from Saveur Biere). Deep golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is caramel, some toffee, mild herbal and some earthy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some alcohol, mild toffee, herbs and earthy tones with a wee bit wood to it. Actually smooth, though rather strong.

Flesje gekocht tijdens vakantie in Frankrijk. Helder geel-bruinig bier met een volle witte schuimkraag die als een film blijft liggen. Aroma is fruitig van mandarijn, sinaasappel en frisse appels en verder wat moutig. De smaak is zoet, fruitig en moutig. De nasmaak is ietwat bitter maar trekt best snel weg.
