Bottle kindly shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Pale green yellow color. Sweet apples in aroma. Nice apples in taste together with clove, vanilla. Very good.

Bottle at SISGA 2015. Quite thin and dry, easy drinking. Clean apple character. Balanced mix of sweet, acidic, bitter tastes. Good.

Nice fresh fruity beginning. Quite much carbonation for a Sidra. Fresh fruity apples, nice tartness without too much sulphur. Well balanced, deep but not too fresh in the mouth. Round and nice with a fruity and a bit cidre-typical ending. Sourish fruity with still some sweetish hints. Nice.

Corked bottle from El Corte Inglés, Lisbon
Cloudy blond color, with more carbonation than usual for Sidra Natural, hence some bigger head, but with short retention as common. Mild but nice aroma of lemon and apples. It’s a cider appreciated for its refreshing and lemony qualities, medium acidity, lean body, good balance; it has no astringency, but maybe the lightest touch of acetone.
Excellent, fresh, sour, yet intriguing.

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this up in the Basque region, Northern Spain, July 2011 Tiny bit of sediment soon settling, the colour is hazy yellow. The front end is a little tart but this starts to soften. A little fizzy carbonation in mouth, some sherbert and lemon, it’s better than many of the Basque ciders I’ve had. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov13 3.1
