Cask @ Closed Shop, Sheffield [210314] [From memory as notes lost]
Very light blonde, thin dense white head. Herbal, citrus aroma with very light pale malts underneath. Citrus dry bitter zest, herbal hop flavours, very light pale malt background, thin mouthfeel, found the a finish a bit harsh and dry. Found the hops astringent, too much bitter dry zest as I recall. I wasn’t all that keen on this.

Cask at the Merchants Inn, Rugby, 30/10/13. Lightly hazed golden with a thin off white covering. Nose is earthy hops, lemon sherbet, citric fruit, straw. Taste comprises toasted malts, lemon sherbet, light hop bill, citric fruit lick. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness at the curtain call. Solid enough GB.

Cask at CPK, Pimlico, London on 9th March 2012. Hazy amber with short-lived non-lacing offwhite foam. Malty, sweet light aroma. Grassy hoppiness and some background floral fruitiness in-mouth; late bitter kick leading to a dryish finish with peach and berry notes. Light, smooth and velvety texture.

Cask handpull at Rutland Arms Sheffield. Mid gold lasting white head. Quite a full tasty golden ale. Had enough today to tell the difference. This is decent. Very drinkable. Yep tasty. Really got my tired palate going. Still a Hophead me 2 but a good one
