Bottled. Pale golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is hops, bigtime fruityness as well as some acidic wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some slight notes of sweet malts. A rather different IIPA/DIPA, but very well drinkable and enjoyable.

Bottle at the RBESG08 Grand Tasting. I thought that I would like this, but I wasn’t so sure when I tasted it. Hazy gold with thin beige head. Sticky hoppy aroma. Lots of sour grapefruit, bit of plastic, like licking a plastic bucket, starts well, but the plastic puts me off.

RBESG08 grand tasting. This is Swiss? Didn’t know that. Poured a murky orange colour with a small head that went away fast. Lovely lemony hoppy nose. A distinctly hoppy taste. Fruity aroma hops, lovely tangy lemon. Not all that malty and a great IIPA.

Bottled at RBESG, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, airy head. Fruity estery nose with Belgian style (think De Ranke XX) hoppiness. Sweet and fruity with bitter orange marmelade and yeast. Full bodied. Perfumy and minerally, very intense and flavourful. Long herbal bitterness. Complex and quite unique.
