Bottle shared in Lecce at FUEL. Pours black with no head. Super rich aroma, licorice, prunes, figs, medium roast coffee, chocolate, molasses, caramel. Full body. Flavour is rich, sweet, and complex, with a caramel and prune forward character followed by wood and booze. Loads of chocolate fudge and prune, vanilla, bourbon. Excellent.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 2022/bbe 2034) im 2024-11 getrunken. Diese schwarze Porter startet mit einem kräftigem Soja/Misopasten Aroma. Am Gaumen entdeckt man diesen nur weit im Hintergrund. Dagegen stehen hier viel Dunkle Schokolade, Kaffee und ein süßes Toffee-Aroma im Vordergrund. Dank des mächtigen Körper kleben die Aromen förmlich ewig am Gaumen. Das ist ein Bier wo man sich gerne über Stunden mit kleinen Schlucken dieses dunkle Monster genießt. Klasse!
