A Red IPA inspired by classic examples of the style from the US West Coast. Chestnut red with a thick, creamy foam; heritage Chevalier malt offers a honey-sweet foundation with caramel and toffee notes, onto which we layer red grapefruit citrus, fresh floral, red berry and soft pine aromas courtesy of Centennial, Chinook, Citra and Mosaic hops. Bitterness is high, just as it should be, and the 7.0% ABV is right where you want it too. Everything is big, in its place and doing something important. Just a seriously tasty beer.

Naturally carbonated, vegan friendly

440ml can. A slightly hazed reddy amber, big beige head. Aroma of pine, resin, toffee, caramel. Taste of slightly sweet toffee/caramel, bitter pine, tangy citrus hops, orange, with a strong, lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied. Excellent example of the style.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy amber/brown body with a beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee and stewed apple. Flavour of pine and orange with a very bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Light fizz. Bold and brash.

Can. Hazy amber beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Airy and minerally crisp palate. The malts are light in the mouthfeel but punchy in the unsweet caramel and toffee department. Rich ripe citrus hops, marmalade and a modest citrus peel bitterness. A little tangy peel on the back end along with a mild citrus pith. Bright crisp pine runs throughout. Yeah, nicely done, the only drawback being, I'm not sure I could session this, might get a bit chewy.
