Darkish red-purple. Thin head. The aroma has a fair bit of fruit, light barrel. Soft malt, big juicy grapes, full body, light acidity in the finish with a good oak character.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of red grape tannins, mustiness, and oak. Flavour is oaky and tannic, with plenty of red wine grape skins, wild yeast, tannins, and oak. Very dry, musty and tannic. Excellent grape-beer hybrid.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy purple red with small white head. Mild dry tannic red grape skin, decent, but on par with other Pinot Noir vintages.

Thx, Josh!
Amazing mix of farmhouse notes, funk, grapes, and manure notes. Very nice! ❤️ Taste is along the same lines, a lot of grapes, tannic, grape skins. Good one.
