Made from Conference and Comice pears that are allowed to fully ripen on the tree to produce a light and bright medium perry at around 6.5%. This perry, which is also sold as keg, is becoming very popular and our fastest growing line.

Bag in a box at Cambridge Winter Beer Fest: Poured a golden with no head. Aroma is winey strong fruit, pear. Taste was nice pear, sweet through with dry finish.

16/11/2018. Bag in box at the Cambridge Winter Beer Festival 2018. Pours clear pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet pears and apples. Medium sweetness and very light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite sweet to finish.

BIAB at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival 2018. Pale yellow colour, no head and light pear aroma. Taste is fruity pear and some dry tartness. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK

ABV: 5.6%. Unclear matt light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, tart pears, sweet pears. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, pear, sweet pear, farmyard, medium dry, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20160812]
